That's right, the puppies are 4 weeks old today. These little guys (and gals) have definitely provided some excitement around here. It's been so much fun watching them grow and develop. And a lot of work as well. Ginger will be going to the vet for a visit today, and the puppies will have their visit in 2 more weeks.
We will be selling at least 4 or 5 of them, just in case anyone is interested, lol;) I have to admit the idea of selling puppies, versus giving them away like many people did while I was growing up, took some getting used to. But with all the dog food we're going through (especially as they start to wean from Ginger) and the vet bills, it makes sense. So we'll be putting up a flyer in the vet's office today. I'm hoping going this route will help us find some good homes for them.
They are starting to find their barks, which is really cute, atleast for now;) And yesterday one of them took off with one of the kid's socks which they then proceeded to use for a tug-of-war. They're wrestling with each other, and getting very curious about their surroundings. When we let them out of their makeshift kennel, they all go off in different directions and it's quite a challenge to keep an eye on all of them.
This one started sneaking into Ginger's food dish about a week ago:)
So far we've had a dog/puppies, chickens (raised from little chicks), parakeets, doves, hamsters, lizards, fish, a snake (very temporarily I assure you) and almost a tarantula;) I think the puppies have been the most fun, although those baby chicks were awful cute.
Anyway, that's your latest puppie update. Have a great day:)

Oh.......just look at those cuties! I hope you find good homes for them!
Blessings!!!!
Cute, cute puppies! But no, I do NOT want one since we already have two dogs that I would rather not have.
I don't know how much you are selling them for, but I've heard that selling puppies for about $5 makes them almost irresistible. "Mommy, Mommy, lookit puppies! And they're ONLY five dollars!"
Five dollars won't help much with the cost of dogfood, though, will it?
They are TOO cute! I'm all about puppies. And a like a good, reliable old dog, but not dogs (plural). I hope you have success finding good homes for them. In the meantime, enjoy the smiles they bring. =)
They are so cute! But with all of the work that our one puppy is...I can't imagine having a whole bunch of them!!
Soooo cute :)
Glad to see everything is going good for you. I appreciate all the comments you leave for me, I feel like we are friends :)
Marva: It's nice to have you dropping by more often!
Nikki: I don't WANT to make them irressistible; I'm already worried people will take them because they're cute and then NOT want them when they find out what a handful a growing puppy can be;)
Kaye: Definitely enjoying them. There is something so relaxing about cuddling a little puppy, kindof like cuddling with one of my kids:)
Angela: They certainly have been causing a bit of trouble lately, but are still so much fun. But I wouldn't want to keep all of them!
Missy: Definitely consider me a blogging friend; I wouldn't come by and pester you otherwise:)
What little cutie pies!!
Okay lets get a people update.
I am so glad I live far because I would have to buy one of these. The thought of puppy training exhausts me but they are adorable.
