My oldest son actually made these, and did a great job of them I might add. They were really yummy! We split the batch and made some with raisins and some without. Other than that, we went exactly by the recipe. Here's the link: Soft Oatmeal Cookies

I have to tell you that it is not just your opinion that soft cookies are the best. That is actually a fact. Plain and simple. =)

I have to agree with Kaye that soft cookies ARE the best. I have a good oatmeal cookie recipe, but I might just have to give yours a try, too. I need to make some cookies so I can put some in the freezer!
